Executive Summary
Located on a thirteen hectare island, Anantara Doha Island Resort & Spa aims to be a one of a kind experience for tourists as well as residents of the country. With Qatar quickly becoming a tourist attraction for both business and leisure travelers, there is an increasing need for new hospitality concepts that stand out. In order to provide its customer with a unique experience, and to further attract new customers, Anantara is seeking to create a website for Banana Island with an outstanding and intuitive experience.
Keeping Anantara's mission in mind, ITWORX aims at providing Anantara with a website that reflects Banana Island's 5 star experience and the luxurious nature. The application stays true to Anantara's essence and provides its visitors with functionality that enhances their experience while increasing the brand recognition. The goal is to create an application that serves as an information hub that better assists consumers, utilizing the various lifestyle aspects of Anantara.
Due to our understanding of Anantara's needs and requirements, ITWORX proposes to implement Anantara's website by utilizing XPortal which is based on Microsoft latest technologies including SharePoint 2013 acting as a platform for building the website, shipped with a myriad of readymade, yet customizable components that can be tailored to meet the Anantara's needs and expectations, cutting on implementation costs.
ITWorx through similar engagements and experiences proposes a future vision of how Anantara can provide an end-to-end solution that will enable them to operate the island as well as provide full insight on its operation and customer transactions. The Anantara website will an easy way for the marketing team to manage content; in addition to provide an intuitive way for customers to view the latest information about Anantara & Banana Island.
We believe we have the know-how necessary to deliver Anantara website, the flexibility to grow with Anantara's growing needs, and a strong will and executive commitment to establish a long-term partnership with Anantara. Our success in this project is based on our commitment to provide experienced team our utilization on previous experience in similar projects to create and adopt "Best Business Practice" models; our supply to our customers with post-delivery support; in addition to our strong Project Management process; early mitigation of any introduced risks; and ownership of management from both sides.
ITWORX profile and track record qualifies it to be a suitable candidate for developing Anantara website. ITWORX ensures its projects and deliverables quality through applying effective standards, policies, and processes. A strong believer in the importance of improving its software process and seeking software standards certifications, ITWORX is CMMI level 3 certified. Adherence to CMMI process areas helps ITWORX set process improvement goals and priorities.
