Babe and Sage Farm Babe and Sage Farm is a 20-acre diversified sustainable farm located just north of Gordon, GA. The farm property has been owned by the Oetter family since the Great Depression. Now, under the care and management of Bobby Jones and Chelsea Losh, the land is being lovingly restored to full organic production after over a decade out of cultivation. Davis Farms is a small sustainable vegetable, fruit, flower and herb farm nestled atop a hill in rural middle Georgia. East Georgia Produce Located in Jefferson County Georgia, we are a family operated farm growing a wide variety of vegetables, greens, melons, and herbs. Taking an organic approach, we use a practice called "ecoganic farming" to maintain a soil rich in beneficial microbes and organic matter. We do not use any synthetic fertilizers or pesticides on our crops. By growing a variety of crops, and practicing good crop rotation, we try to reduce disease and insect damage and provide a healthy environment while keeping the land productive. We currently have 10 acres under cultivation, supplying produce 365 days a year to local markets, restaurants, and through our Community Supported Agriculture Program. Grassroots Farm Pasture Raised Chicken, quail, holiday turkey and duck. Our animals live and grow on lush, green, pasture. Family run farm in Walton County, GA, just outside of Loganville and Monroe. We specialize in pasture raised chicken and quail. Both meat and eggs available. We supply some of the top chefs in Georgia as well as numerous markets. No hormones nor antibiotics are used, this is REAL food. HoneyDew Farm Tucked down in a hollow, situated in the Northeast corner of Bulloch County, GA is where you will find 2 acres of highly fertile and productive farm land, where the morning dew is sweet, clean and the air is fresh. It is in this ideal environment that we grow and bring to you the safest, freshest, and sweetest tasting locally grown seasonal produce possible. In addition, we grow a wide variety of fresh cut flowers and potted flowering plants that can beautify and enhance any living space. Roasted Café and Lounge Here are Roasted we strive to make the best cup of coffee you’ve ever tasted. We believe in having reasonable prices, without sacrificing quality or flavor. Rocking Chair Ranch Rocking Chair Ranch is committed to delivering locally-grown, grass-fed beef to the Middle Georgia area. Our pasture-raised livestock are free of growth hormones and antibiotics to provide you with a healthier alternative to regular beef. Rocky Hill Honey Farm We are a small family owned operation. We keep our bees on small private tracts of land intermingled with the Oconee National Forest. Our bees forage on nectar bearing trees, shrubs and plants in the forest area away from and pesticide applications. We use no chemicals in our beekeeping. Salamander Springs Farm Fresh seasonal produce from this farm located on 50 acres in Milledgeville GA; this off the grid homestead implements environmentally complimentary agricultural practices and has hosted over 100 volunteers from around the world through www.wwoof.org. Savannah River Farms Savannah River Farms is a family working farm, owned and operated by the Deen family. We strive to meet the demands of the growing number of consumers that care about the healthy benefits of hormone and antibiotic free meats. Located a few miles from the Savannah River in Newington, GA, we use only natural methods of raising our livestock to yield products not only superior in taste but in health benefits as well. The humane treatment of our animals and the sustainability of our farm are both top priorities of our farm. Selah Farms Southern Swiss Dairy Southern Swiss Dairy is a milk processing facility located in Waynesboro, GA that is family owned and operated. Our milk is natural and free of artificial growth hormones. We process and bottle milk products the same day our cows are milked, ensuring our customers will have the freshest milk possible. The Little Farm The Little Farm, a farm in Gray, GA, (Jones Co.) is where we grow award-winning Bermuda hay, naturally grown vegetables, (grown without herbicides OR pesticides) farm fresh eggs from free range chickens, and we bake fresh, homemade whole wheat bread and zucchini bread! We believe that in order for the food that sustains us to reach its full potential, the soil in which it grows should be as healthy as possible. Our soil's fertility is built by composting, crop rotation, and cover-cropping. We farm in a sustainable and natural way so you can feel confident that you are feeding your family incredibly nutritious food that is pesticide and herbicide free.
