Crediting data to the observer as well as to the institution of investigation is very important. Therefore, the database include a form that feeds into the tables, which allows investigators and institutions to enter their data. We have kept the number of fields limited, presuming that a 3-letter code for a person and an 8 letter code will always be enough, if combined with the country information. The information is not linked to the main tables and may be consulted separately to identify the coded observer and institution. Please enter your data only once.
