Technological and social revolution significantly contributed to advancement of human security and safety
Free movement of goods, services, people, ideas, expertise, knowledge and technology across national borders strengthen
international interdependence.
• This created a sense of global society/global citizenship and global civil
society
Responsibility of states to protect their citizens and the shared
responsibility of the global society for protecting vulnerable groups from HRs violations and victimization
Rapid economic growth in some countries of the Global South
