| Zone Inspection Deficiency Listing (ZIDL) Form 1. Timely feedback and documentation of deficiencies is the cornerstone to an effective Command Zone Inspection Program. The enclosed ZIDL form should be printed locally by commands on 4 or 5 part carbon-less paper, using the following format as an example a. White Copy – Command Zone Inspection records. b. Yellow Copy - Safety Officer for any safety related discrepancies. c. Green Copy – Department Copy (if desired) maintained by the department head. d. Pink Copy – Space Copy maintained in the folder/binder for the assigned space. This copy is the initial feedback provided to the personnel presenting the inspected space. Encl (1) |
