Step 8: Accessible Building Upgrade

  Develop a living protocol of accessible design for the Health Care Services which are upgraded or rebuilt.
  

• 
  The health organizations at different levels should apply “The Building Code and Standard of Construction Accessibility for People with Disabilities”.
  

• 
  Upgrade the workplace suitable for PWDs. For example: Make the accessible ramp from road to sidewalk, from sidewalk to floor (beside the steps), widen the doors, ensure the toilet is accessible for wheelchairs users, etc.
