The public authorities or public undertakings listed in Attachment to Annexes 2 and 3 : contracting entities in the field of production, transport or distribution of drinking water, contracting entities in the field of production, transport or distribution of electricity, contracting entities in the field of urban railway, tramway, trolley bus or bus services, contracting entities in the field of airport facilities, and contracting entities in the field of maritime or inland port or other terminal facilities fulfill the criteria set out above. ANNEX 4 SERVICES Of the Universal List of Services, as contained in document MTN.GNS/W/120, the following services are included:
