These activities were selected based on the FY 2013-2017 Consolidated Plan priorities and competitive Request for Proposals for housing, community development, homelessness services, , persons with HIV/AIDS housing and supportive services, and public facilities projects. These proposals were evaluated and ranked.

The City expects to assist 1127 persons with affordable housing or housing assistance either through multi-family rental, single family home ownership, or single family rehabilitation programs.
