<888> 02/02/14 Sunday 4:45 P.M.  I fiddled with the Roku device on the Ocosmo TV.  I can use https://aereo.com/ with it through the internet to get some local television channels which might be an option to using Optimum Digital Cable Television.  My friend arrived at 2 P.M..  I showed him the most recent apartment changes.  We went downtown in his 2011 grey Nissan Ultima, and I used the ATM machine at the top of Greenwich Avenue.  His Nissan Ultima gets 26 miles per gallon local and 36 miles per gallon on the highway.  It is quite a large car for $19,000.  We drove down Greenwich Avenue, and I showed him the recent changes.  We toured Steamboat Road.  They have new construction going on across from 600 Steamboat Road.  We drove through Bruce Park and along the waterfront to Old Greenwich.  We drove around Tod's Point.  There were a lot of people out there walking around.  They tore down a family friend's former house on an island on the waterfront in Riverside.  We then returned back to my place on I-95 West, where my friend dropped me off.  While driving, I chatted with a relative.  When I got back home, I chatted with another relative.  CIO

<888> 02/01/14 Saturday 2:40 A.M.  I put the 32 inch Haier HDTV in the bedroom, and I moved the 32 inch Ocosmo LED TV into the living room.  The Ocosmo TV is setup the same way as the Haier TV was.  To enable the Sony Media Player on the Ocosmo TV, one has to select HDMI 2 and from the power switch which turns on with the Monitor switch of the Sceptre TV control panel, one selects output 1.  If one want to plug in the IBM ThinkCentre into one of the other outputs, they are available for use.  The third HDMI port on the Ocosmo TV is a MHI port, so it can power the Roku streaming media stick, and the Ocosmo TV remote also works with it.  I set up the Haier TV in the bedroom with an unpowered switch on HDMI 2.  Output 1 is the Sony Streaming Media device.  Output 2 is the Memorex DVD player.  Output 3 is the living room Digital Cable box off the two splitter which only works when it is turned on with Ocosmo TV control panel.  CIO

<888> 03/31/14 Monday 12:35 P.M.  I woke up at 11 A.M..  I chatted with a friend.   I ate breakfast of oatmeal with honey and milk, a toasted English muffin with olive oil, a 12 ounce glass of 50% punch and 50% cold filtered water and vitamins and supplements, and a cup of coffee with milk and Splenda sweetener.  I washed the breakfast dishes.  I made my bed.  CIO

<888> 03/31/14 Monday 7:45 A.M.  NOAA weather radio is no longer broadcasting from Upton, New York across Long Island Sound, but the New York City NOAA weather radio is back up and running http://www.nws.noaa.gov/nwr/Maps/PHP/site.php?State=NY&Site=KWO35 .  I reset my Midland NOAA weather radio to 162.550 Mhz, with warnings for New York City, Fairfield County, Connecticut and Westchester County, New York.  It does come in with a moderate signal and moderate sound.  I also moved the Midland NOAA weather radio to the small brass and glass table on the left side of the Ethan Allen recliner.  A neighbor just checked in on me.  I put the home made yogurt jars with lids on in the refrigerator.  I will now go back to bed.  CIO

<888> 03/31/14 Monday 2:10 A.M.  I took the wire rack out of the Faberware Turbo convection oven, and I preheated the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit about five minutes.  While doing that I unwrapped the 14.06 ounce Greenway four cheese frozen pizza made in Italy, and I put it on the wire rack, and I seasoned it with celery salt, ground black pepper, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, a generous portion of grated Parmesan and Romano cheese, and extra virgin Italian olive oil over it all.  I then put the pizza on the rack in the Farberware Turbo convection oven on the center rack position for ten minutes.  After ten minutes, I used pot holders to take out the hot rack with pizza, and I put it on a wooden cutting board, so it would not burn the Formica counter top.  I then used a spatula to slide the pizza on to a dinner plate.  I ate it with a knife and fork along with a 12 ounce glass of Schweppes Ginger Ale.  I will now go back to bed for a while.  CIO

<888> 03/31/14 Monday 1:15 A.M.  I went out, and I went by CVS on West Putnam Avenue, and I got some change.  I then went by the ATM machine at the www.chase.com bank at 19 West Putnam Avenue.  I then sat out briefly downtown on Greenwich Avenue.  I then drove down by the waterfront on Steamboat Road.  The new construction across the street from 600 Steamboat Road seems to be coming along just fine.  There was only one http://www.smartusa.com/ down on the waterfront on Steamboat Road, so I guess nobody else can afford to drive down there.  I then returned home. I bought in 2XL in navy blue with coupon code "EDT7396Z" one can get 30% off and $.99 shipping through Monday March 31, 2014 at 11:59 MDT, this item for $34.96 and .99 shipping for $35.95 total with shipping http://www.sierratradingpost.com/heavyweight-coat-insulated-for-men~p~6800y/?colorFamily=02&merch=prod-rec-prod-6800Y .  It is a good moderate weight jacket for spring and fall, when I generally spend more time outside.  CIO
