Tell them that the HMIS Quarterly Service Delivery Report is divided into a number of sections/categories. Reiterate that during the training we have studied various HMIS instruments that have specific purposes and that we have also discussed which data from which HMIS instrument are used to calculate which indicators we have also discussed very briefly what the broad categories of HMIS indicators are.
