These prices are for camera-ready ads and may include logos or photos at no extra charge.  Each advertiser will receive 4 complimentary passes to the event and a copy of the program.  Although the program has traditionally sold out at the event, any unsold programs will be maintained at the Museum gift shop until sold.  The program run will be 5,000 copies.

The deadline for advertising submissions and sponsorship mention in the WW II Weekend Brochure and Poster is December 31.   The deadline for advertising submissions for the WW II Weekend Program is March 31. Missed the deadline for this year's show?  You can still help and still receive mentions over the event PA system during the three day show.  Just give us a call.

World War II Weekend is MUCH, MUCH MORE than an "airshow." 



It's actually six events in one... an airshow, military vehicle show, a 40's entertainment festival, living history encampment and re-enactment, a military collector's show, and a living classroom.  It provides show-goers the opportunity to meet, hear, and talk with many Second World War special guests and personalities.  WW II Weekend transports visitors back in time to the most entertaining history lesson that they will receive all year long.


 


Sponsors of the show are also MUCH MORE than mere supporters of this great three-day show. Their involvement is recognized all year long at the Mid-Atlantic Air Museum.  They receive updates and information about MAAM and have the opportunity to promote to the Museum's visitors throughout the year.  In other words, they become "Community Partners" of this well-known and respected non-profit educational organization.

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES



In addition to program advertisements, a limited number of WW II Weekend Sponsorships are available...


$1000 Aircraft Sponsorship:

Sponsors may select a specific aircraft to "bring" to the show. In return for this sponsorship, they receive:

  • A 1/4 page advertisement in the event program

  • 20 admission passes good for any day of the event

  • Four 3-day passes (including Friday night's VIP reception, lunch and dinner Saturday & lunch on Sunday).

  • A special commemorative gift

  • Pre-event recognition on 90,000 event brochures and posters, and at least two mentions per day over the event PA system
