| [57] A method for identifying or cloning nucleic acids comprising sequences corresponding to portions of genes that are differentially spliced or altered between two samples containing nucleic acids, said method comprising: (a) hybridizing a plurality of different RNAs or double-stranded cDNAs derived from a first sample with a plurality of different cDNAs derived from a second sample; and (b) identifying or cloning, from the hybrids formed in (a), nucleic acids comprising an unpaired region, said cloned or identified nucleic acids comprising a sequence corresponding to portions of genes that are differentially spliced or altered between said samples.

wherein R1, R2 and A have the same significances as in formula (I), and X is O or S; is hydrolysed with a strong acid at a pH below 2; at a temperature between 50 and 100˚C; and in a solvent selected from the group consisting of water, alcohols, ethers or mixtures thereof. __________

[57] Call back method in a communication system comprising one or more exchanges and a number of terminals such as telephone sets, facsimile apparatuses, etc., each of which being able to communicate through at least one of said exchanges with at least one of said other terminals, whereby at least part of the terminals comprises a buffer circuit for storing the number of a terminal to be called, as well as an electronic circuit for controlling the call back method according to which method the following steps are performed, by the user: (a) storing the number of the called terminal in said buffer, by the electronic circuit; (b) establishing a connection at least partly through wireless paths with a predetermined exchange; (c) transmitting signals to the exchange indicating that the terminal has to be called back; (d) breaking the connection and waiting for the exchange to call back; (e) as the connection is re-established retrieving the stored number from the buffer and transmitting it to the exchange; (f) waiting for the exchange to establish the connection between the called terminal and the calling terminal and switching over to control of the terminal by the user.
