The target audience for this program is the experienced manager who desires to move into a senior leadership position. You will be challenged to change from thinking like a manager to thinking like a strategic leader. This includes the tasks that managers dread and never feel prepared for, like addressing performance issues, negotiating better deals, and making difficult and unpopular decisions. Making Influential Presentations teaches individuals how to effectively present to executives, decision makers and people of influence. You can take one or both courses.
