Albert Nowotny, of New Braunfels, was an amateur archaeologist who displayed his collection in a restaurant that he owned, “The House that Jack Built.” $15.00

The author includes a narrative of the life of her father, William Joel Nabers, Texas Ranger and Indian fighter, with much on the Indian troubles between 1857 and 1873. Biographical sketches of many of the country’s old-time ranching families, trail drivers, cattle trails, etc. $135.00
