Peachtree Plumbing, Inc. serves both residential and commercial customers in the general construction markets of both Georgia and northern Florida, with the majority of their business coming from the Atlanta metropolitan area. The company was founded and started by Mike Jones father Reginald in 1989. Reginald Jones will specifically requested the distribution of 55,000 shares at his death. There are currently four shareholders with Mike and Shirley owning 90.9% of the shares between them. The remaining shares are owned by their children, Mark and Jill.
