Jack Schwartz – 23, Estimator – Mr. Schwartz is the company’s lead estimator with a degree in production control and estimating. He is a paraplegic but gets around comfortable and rarely misses work.
Steve Gonzalez – 39 Maintenance Foreman – Despite
alack of formal training, Mr. Gonzalez’s knack forgetting things done efficiently has proven valuable to the company.
David Black – 38, Office Manager and Controller – Mr. Black handles all accounting functions for the company. This role became necessary upon Reginald Jones death. Reginald handled all accounting functions for the company in addition to running the business as a whole. Mr. and Mrs. Jones are not capable of handling those duties. Mr. Black received a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Montana State University. The valuator’s site visit observed all equipment and the facility itself in good working condition.
