Reservations can be made online using the group code “EMS17.” Cancellation within 72-hours of arrival will result in a penalty charge equal to one night’s lodging. Check-in time is at 4:00 p.m.
The EMS information table will be opened on Wednesday, January 18 and the EMS Advisory Council meeting will be held on Friday, January 20 at 9:00 a.m. Meeting material will be posted on the EMS website prior to the meeting dates.
