To permit an institution to designate two videographers and one photographer to be present at NCAA championship events involving the institution's teams; further to specify that one videographer shall be permitted access to the area designated for media photographers and shall be limited to capturing video images for nonscouting purposes and to specify that one videographer and the photographer shall have access to the institution's team locker room prior to, during and after the contest, subject to institutional discretion.
