Q1.
Can I still use Windows 10?
A1.
Yes, you can still use Windows 10 without the upgrade. As only Microsoft technical support for Windows 10 ends until October 14, 2025, you can still use it after technical support ends and there is no problem in using the product.

Q2.
What is the difference between upgrade and update
A2.
Windows update fixes the bug and security or add new features. Windows upgrades refers the version changes such as change of Windows 10 to Windows 11 or from Windows Home to Prob
Q3.
Are brands such as Lenovo and Asus not available
A3.
Windows 11 OS maybe available, but it is highly likely not to compatible with our SW or FW. PC brands that are not officially supported by us i.e., Lenovo or
Asus, etc, must be used at your own risk. Please be advised that our officially supported PC brands are HP and Dell

If my PC uses Windows XP, 7 or 8, is it available to upgrade

To check the status of your PC, please download and run PC Health Check App. Then, you may see whether to upgrade your PC.

Q5.
Can I use unsupported products i.e., not listed in the table
A5.
Products manufactured before 2013 are considered as unsupported for Windows 11, and you must keep your current operating system.
