What happens to my existing files when I upgrade to Windows 11?

All files and data are transferred as default. However, please be sure to backup important files and VcaptureSW folder before the installation and keep the Install Shield USB of the product which supplied at the factory.

Can I go back to Windows 10 after upgrading to Windows 11?

Yes, you may have 10 (ten) days to move back to Windows 10 while keeping your imported files and data after the upgrade. When you want to downgrade to Windows 10 backing up your data after such
10 (ten) days, you must perform New Install.

Can my PC notwork after upgrading to Windows 11?

Yes, if old Install Shield (SW) or firmware has been applied, it may not be suitable for use. You may need to upgrade be referring to the MP Version List. For the PC for console SW, you may keep using it without the upgrade and we do not force you to upgrade your PC except the end of Microsoft’s support.

Can your Grabber Card not be recognized

The Inform Grabber and Any Grabber have excluded from the compatibility verification of Windows 11, so we recommend you replace them with the
Flectron Grabber Card.

Can I still use the EzServer, EzDent-i, Ez3D-i, or EzOrtho without updating, after the upgrade

Yes, you can still use them, but we recommend you using the up-to-date version.

Is Windows 11 upgraded automatically

Windows 11 Upgrade for HP PC shipped from Vatech is not performed automatically since it is set to be Disabled by default. User can decide when and how to perform the latest upgrade to keep your device running smoothly and safely. To get the latest updates, select Update > Settings > Windows Update.
