Selection of target segments


Based on the evaluation in the previous segment, the target segments have been identified using in the following matrix: Market attractiveness versus Company competitiveness (Hooley et al, 2008; Piercy 1997). Please refer to following figure for more details. The prime target segment in Market Research is Digital advertising. On the other hand in Usability analysis both Websites and Software applications look to be highly attractive. The secondary targets are mainly from Market Research: Print, Outdoor Media and Television commercials.
