Introduction
Lesson No 9 Lesson Name : System Administration and Training
Author : Dr. Jawahar Vetter: Prof. Dharminder Kumar

Putting anew system into operation is usually complicated by the fact that there is an older system already in operation. The analyst has to deal with changing from something familiar to something new and different, while also attending to the mechanics of implementation. Since the concern for simultaneous conversion and implementation is usual. New system brings in new equipment. It may represent a change from manual to automated operation or a change in the level of available machine capacity. During implementation, planning plays a decisive factor in determining the ultimate successor failure of system. Due attention should be paid to
1. Assigning system personnel.
2. Structuring user relationship.
3. Preparing for new equipment.
4. Training user personnel.
