staff I- Cards Card approved, Buyers have to get their crew examined for fitness and blood group from any Govt. Hospital. Handover the same to Safety Manager through Manager Stores. Safety Manager will organize required Safety training and then approve I- card. In case Buyers deploy more number of workmen,
which require labour License, then buyers shall obtain the same and handover to Mgr. HR. In case buyers are required to lift the Scrap within 3 days, than Manager Stores may issue temporary Gate Pass.
Buyers will take care of all the necessary steps to ensure safety of staff workmen agent supervisor / transporter engaged by you in execution of this sale order. All your staff must have I- Card duly approved by our safety Manager. Anytime if any of your workmen found without I- Card will be send out from our premises and a fine of Rs 500/- will be imposed on you. For details on safety training and medical examination of your staff please contact our Manager Stores on any working day
Buyers shall ensure that workmen staff engaged by you in our premises shall maintain proper discipline and do not wander heather and thither. They should not indulge in any illegal and immoral actives They shall abide by the rules & regulations of our company.
If found, they will be send out of gate and your Sale order will be cancelled and
EMD is forfeited.
As per Factories Act, 1948 any accident compensation arrived out of your scrap lifting, if any, to yours workmen/supervisors would be borne by you During the course of execution of Sale order in case due to
negligent act by your staff /workmen/agent/supervisor/transporter engaged by you, and accident occurred resulting in damage loss to any machinery /equipment/vehicle/any property of company or any third party the entire cost of damage loss shall be to your account. Our company shall not be responsible or liable for any compensation for such damage loss Buyers and their workmen are subject to the security rule of company in force while in the company’s premises. You shall be responsible
to ensure that your employees, agents, workmen, representatives etc. follow our company safety policy and regulations and use safety belts, gloves, helmets, masks etc. as necessary for their safety.
