Kinesics (body language) (non-verbal behavior related to movement of any part of the body):
Emblems: Verbal translations are known to everybody in the social group (ex. ‘What time is it – sign’, ‘I’m leaving now – sign)
Illustrations: Gestures that indicate size or movement (ex. zig zag for something in zig zag shape)
Regulators: Traffic signals during interaction (ex. head nods, eye and hand movements that maintain, request, deny other’s turn to talk
