Position held:Principal/ Lead environmental/hydrologist consultant
Activities performed: Work also involved the initial preparatory work for the formation of a multi-sectoral monitoring body to observe the impacts of the project to the affected areas. Assessment of the impacts of flooding in the area and monitoring of the implementation of needed flood protection infrastructure for the project. Also included in the scope was an evaluation of the provision basic infrastructure in the affected communities such as water supply and sanitation, road, drainage, etc.
