Activities performed: Work included assessment of existing environmental features of the area with respect to quality of land, water and air resources. Assessment was done on rural and urban environment. Five ecosystems were considered: forest, grassland, freshwater, upland and urban ecosystems. Detailed discussions were done on water resources and maintenance of water quality to surface waters. The treatment was in accordance with the guidelines set by sustainable land use plan as was taken from Philippine Agenda 21.
