Junior Hockey Referee Training Camp

Dates/times: August 2015

Week One - 8/4 – 6-9pm, 8/6 – Work Games

Week Two – 8/11 – 6-9pm, 8/13 – Work Games

Locations: Pembroke and Hooksett

Cost: $50.00 per student
Attendance is required at ALL class days to receive full credit for course instruction. Classroom sessions are held at our Pembroke Classroom. Ice sessions are located at Tritown Arena.
The JUNIOR HOCKEY RTC offers two nights of classroom training followed by 2 nights of working games on ice. Students will cover all material that is contained within the USA Hockey ADVANCED officiating manual. On ice games will emphasize those learning objectives and serve as evaluations of real time skills.
This camp also includes opportunities for students to participate in our summer Middle School and High School leagues as an official in a three and four man system. This allows students to get experience before the regular season. A guest speaker from the Referees Crease Association which is the company responsible for assigning youth, junior, and college leagues will be on hand to meet and network with students.
New students who pay for and attend the JUNIOR HOCKEY RTC will be given the opportunity to join GBOA and have the first season’s association fee waived.
Registration is completed online and payments are accepted thru PayPal. Camp includes a development camp T-shirt.

Camp Registration

All Great Brook Officials camps can be registered for online at our website at www.gb-officials.com. Students are encouraged to register early as there is a limit of 15 students per class. We strive to keep a lower student to instructor ratio in order to better serve the students during hands on skills sessions and classroom answer and question times.

Standard payments are made via our online registration system using your PayPal account. However, other arrangements can be made for check, cash, or credit card over the phone or at the first class night. Please understand that no student spot is reserved until full payment is received.

Students must understand that there is a no refund policy for camp registrations. Due to the limited class size, should a student decide not to attend the camp that space will most likely not be able to be filled. Thus once payment is made, no refunds will be issued regardless of whether the student attends the course or not.

Those who cannot utilize our easy online registration system may complete the enclosed camp registration form and mail it to Great Brook Officials Association 15 Glass Street Lower Level 1 Pembroke, NH 03275
