A great number of books have been prepared on computers, computer programming, and computer

Most computer professionals will agree that the field of computer and information science has
quickly become a valid discipline for academia, and that rapid changes are occurring in computer
programming languages. Both of these facts suggest that a new direction be taken in presenting the
subject.
