The political systems, one of the most important tools for human life. Its elements vary but today’s world, in the heart of political thought, democracy shows itself. For providing democracy, the trustee model of representation is the most suitable one. This is because it allows people to say ‘I am here’. In democracy, everybody should have the right to vote but for their voting, politicians should be well-educated people. If this condition is not provided, political stability and political health of the country cannot be sustainable. Therefore, political parties have to recruit well-educated people, this education’s limit is that politicians need a political science degree, phd or degree level. This type of election provides if citizens are not rational or not well educated, politicians can protect the country. This is the cornerstone of democracy whether there is a coalition government or not. In this type of political system, there must also be an independent body, with this body, politicians give account to them and this type protects the government from the hands of an elite group. This independent body can be created by the council of universities’ political and administrative science department. Then political life is ensured under the light of science, and this can protect people and also politicians’ irrational movement from the country. To have a healthy participation rate ,all parts of the country, political life should be available for every person in the country. For this, citizens should be educated. However, there is another point, the gap between politicians and the poor people. To fix this problem, politicians' lives should be limited. For example, they could not take tenders. If the obligation increased and salaries decreased, this gap cannot exist. In the cornerstone of this model, people can easily reach the politicians and the irrational or uneducated perspectives are restricted.
Representation system: Trustee model
-Criteria to be trustee and politician: having higher degree education about one of the followings politics, economics, history, international relations or law
-Everyone can vote
-Politicians are less likely to be effected from current government’s or their parties ideas or ideologies
-Trustees can be checked and examined by some higher institutions to prevent degeneration and forming elite groups among trustees
- A higher court is going to be established to check the trustee’s act and its accordance with the needs of the society
-This higher court is going to consist of experienced university rectors and professors of politics, economics, international relations and law. Because these persons are experts and currently working for the sake of the country, it is less likely to take a decision against the benefit of the society and support corrupt trustees

Election system:The d’hondt system with a threshold (%10)
-Extremist smaller parties’ possibility to become a government with coalitions is prevented with the threshold.
- no votes are wasted
-gives advantage to bigger parties;thus, preventing extremist parties to came into power and majority’s opinions are represented in the assembly
Party system: Multi-Party system
- Yes, it is possible not to represent all segments of the society as the threshold prevents some parties’ entry to assembly but I think it is a sacrifice to be made in the name of security of the country. Because some terrorist organizations may establish a political party and if they enter into assembly, the whole country is going to be in danger.
- As the threshold is %10, it is less likely to establish coalition governments. It’s a good feature because most, not all, coalition governments are unstable as some ideological differences exist between parties. Like in the polarized pluralism, if the ideological differences are high then the government becomes weak.
- Multi-party systems also have check and balance systems within the government thus more democratic than single-party systems.
I think with the supervision of a well educated and constantly checked trustee, best decisions for the country are going to be made. Unlike the uneducated majority rule in the delegate model, trustees can make better decisions. Moreover with the multi-party system and D’Hondt election system with a threshold, the possibility to establish weak coalition governments is discarded and strong governments can be formed while multi-party competition educates people and keeps the political environment alive.
