ANNEXURE 2 BFORMAT FOR POWER OF ATTORNEY FOR LEAD MEMBER OF CONSORTIUM POWER OF ATTORNEY (On Non – judicial stamp paper of Rs 100 duly attested by notary public) Whereas the Authority has invited applications from interested parties for Bid for Selection of Bidder for implementing Smart City Pan City Projects in Bhopal under PPP BOOT Modelcalled the“Project” for a specified Concession period (the “Concession Period”). Whereas, M/s ,M/s , and M/s (the respective names of theMembers along with address of their registered offices) have formed a Consortium and are interested in bidding for the Project and implementing the Project in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Request for Proposal (RFP), Concession Agreement and other connected documents in respect of the Project, and Whereas, it is necessary under the RFP for the members of the Consortium to designate one of them as the Lead Member and its said employees, as with all necessary power and authority to do for and on behalf of the Consortium, all acts, deeds and things as may be necessary in connection with the Consortium’s bid for the Project and to appoint one of them as the Lead Member who, acting jointly, would have all necessary power and authority to do all acts, deeds and things on behalf of the Consortium, as may be necessary in connection with the Consortium’s bid for the Project. The Lead Member is hereby authorized to delegate the said powers to any of its employees duly approved by the Board of Directors of the Lead Member.
