Rig types (Electrical & Mechanical)

Rig types (Electrical & Mechanical) :

• SCR (Silicon Control Rectifier) used to convert the AC current from Generators to DC current. It is inside SCR Room.

Rig types (Electrical & Mechanical) :

• MCC (Motor Control Center) used to control motors and each part of the rig has a separate motor) inside SCR room.

Rig types (Electrical & Mechanical) :

• Plug Board used to connect or disconnect plug if any problem happen. The Plug board inside SCR Room.
• Field Motors ( Used AC current to supply accessories motors like water pump , Mud Agitators, Blowers , Mixer Pump , Shale Shakers , Degasser , De-sander and De-silter ). Control it by using Remote Station (ON/OFF).
