SCE group title Subsea Isolation Valves (SSIVs)
Subsea isolation valves to isolate a flammable or harmful pipeline inventory from the offshore Facilities.
To isolate the pipeline inventory from the riser. To prevent additional pipeline inventory from causing escalation of an existing incident. (Only applicable offshore).
At item level, i.e. per valve.

SCE group title Drilling Well Control Equipment
Well control equipment required during drilling in case of loss of control of the well resulting in a drilling blowout.
To contain hydrocarbons and other hazardous substances, and to isolate the well in response to an upset/abnormal event. Drilling Blowout Preventers (BOP)s, BOP Hydraulic
Control System, Choke manifold, Atmospheric and vacuum Degasser, Diverters, Kelly Cocks and Stab- in Valves, Well Kill System, Flow and Gas Detection
(including Kick Detection) for Drilling Operations.

Utility Air Systems.
To prevent an unplanned and/or out-of-sequence operation of safety critical air controlled equipment, such as emergency shutdown valves or deluge systems Internal escape ways within the living quarters, offices or workspaces to the primary muster points within the temporary refuge or elsewhere On offshore installations, the route from the primary muster points to either the helideck, or lifeboat Signage systems Escape gates in fences

SCE group title Temporary Refuge/Primary Muster Areas
Temporary refuge (also known as Primary Muster and
Command Area) includes all the associated safety systems.
The arrangements for TR should provide sufficient protection to enable people to muster safely,
to permit the emergency to be assessed, and to allow the appropriate parts of the emergency response plan to be executed during a major incident.
