(Includes financial systems and management information systems) • DBS Management Committee (DBSMC) • Chaired by DEPSECDEF. Recommends policy and procedures to improve acquisition of DBS. Includes the MDA. • Approval authority for statutorily required DBS • Certification required prior to any obligation of funds for acquisition.
