DBS follow procedures IAW Model 3: Incrementally Fielded Software Intensive Program (DODI 5000.02 para 5.d) • Full Deployment: When an increment is fully deployed, the PM schedules a close-out review with the MDA and the IRB Chair to determine whether the investment achieved the outcomes defined in the business case.
