Syntax:1. SCA01 P0102 -- If either 01 or 02 are present, then the others are required. 2. SCA03 L030407 -- If 03 is present, then at least one of 04 or 07 is required. Semantics:1. SCA01 and SCA02 identify a particular statistical category. 2. SCA03 is the statistical measure being reported. 3. SCA04 is the primary quantity associated with the statistical measure.
