It has the same services like Facebook, such as messenger to conduct conversations with clients, targeted ads from the local listings, the ability to share diverse forms of multimedia like videos and pictures, and most importantly, options to share, like, and comment on posts. However, it is best known for its high image quality, which is of great use to agencies as their advertisements are based on videos and pictures.

This is also among the emerging platforms for all industries, but it is effective for estate agents because the audience and users favor behind the scene content, which is very vital in offering walkthroughs for houses. Another advantage is that its users do not expect high-quality videos, and this makes it easier for agents to create content using a phone and does not require a lot of work like editing.

This platform is majorly used to post inspiring videos and pictures. Agents can use the platform to post inspiring images of interiors and exterior designs of houses. It is a very visual platform, and the quality of images should be high. However, this cannot be described as the most effective channel because it has few users and is complex to navigate.

Its most significant advantage is it uses visual content, and unlike other platforms, this one is owned by Google; therefore, one can take advantage of its access to Google advertisements. Agencies can also use this platform to create videos such as interviews, local area videos, and fun content. Most users use YouTube to update and create content about lifestyle, and this is crucial because homes and living vlogs are viral in this category. It is also the best platform when using influencers to market for an agency.

It is mainly considered for business and is effective when connecting to other landlords or property developers. It is not as effective and developed as Facebook and other platforms, but there is also a tone that can do for free, and it needs time to invest in it.

After Facebook, this is probably the most active platform and one of the oldest. It is known for real-time updates or news and is very significant for brand exposure. However, it does not offer direct leads. When it comes to brand exposure, users are typically paid to campaign for an agency every day. It also needs to be updated regularly, at least daily.

Whatsapp is mainly used for feedback or when reaching out to clients. It has a developed version like Instagram, as it has a business account where one can create a catalog of the agency's property and services. One can also advertise through statuses, but it can be barely considered for marketing.
