General


  1. Lube the bottom roll pin of sill mounted closure device. Flush the rust out. Follow up with a higher viscosity oil on all elevators.

  1. Provide auto call registration. Required as part of Target standards. Store guests have had this for ten years, getting confused over not working. REPEAT REQUEST

  1. Clean up the oil on the floor in front of the controller. Appears to be from the oil cooler. Seal up source.

  1. Need to turn the oil cooler 45 degrees. The fan blows hot air from cooling the oil right back onto the tank unit it is trying to cool. Just doesn’t make sense. It is currently heating the oil more than cooling it.
