check whether you are adding guest user or mail contact.
Go to teams admin centerusersunder it go to guest userscheck weather access to guest users is on or not. If not on access to guest user.
open teamsgo to settingsclick generalcheck whether register teams as the chat app for office is marked or not. If not mark itand restart the office apps.
9. Meeting attendance report
Meeting organizers can view and download a meeting attendance report. Find this report in the Participants pane of the meeting, by clicking the download arrow as shown below. You can download the report as a .CSV file (text format).
10. Not able to make a call to mobile. Users need enterprise voice license to see dial pad and to make call to mobile phone number.
We can make a call within the organization and to guest users(teams to teams) for this we I don't need any license, but we need enterprise voice license for dial pad to call mobile number.
11. Teams chat restoration
Open teamsselect teammore optionsclick channelsthere we can see deleted channelit can be stored them
in teams we cannot delete entire chat channel conversation. either we have to left channel. Instead we can delete a channel in teams
to delete chat for individual user we can select the messageclick more optionsdeletewe can restore it by clicking undo there
to delete individual user enitre chat we have to unhide him, but we cannot delete the entire chat.
Public channelwhen we create public channel anyone can join this channel within the organization. maximum 200 public channels can be created.
Private channelwhen we create private channel, members can be add only by owner of that channel. maximum 30 private channels can be created
Org widewhen we create Org wide channel numbers in the organization will automatically get added in this channel. maximum 5000 members can be added to this channel.
