1st Cycle; annual; 8 Credits.
The concept of phoneme and allophone. Definition of the terms “phonetics” and “phonology”. The English phonological system compared with the Spanish system. English vowels. English Diphthongs and triphthongs. English consonants. Models and functions of intonation.
Teaching Method: Lectures.
