1.2 Statement of the problem

  • Mukaya and Wagoki (2013), conducted a research on the influence of work-life balance practices on employee performance. The researcher concluded that there is strong positive relationship between flexible working hours, family responsibility and leave policy on employee performance.
  • Lagat et al (2014), conducted a research on the impact of work life balance on organizational performance. The researcher concluded that have a negative relationship between flexible working arrngement and family responsibility on organizational performance.
