  • To determine how employee breaks affect the performance of healthcare sector workers.

  • To investigate the effect of welfare policies on employee’s performance
  • To examine the effect of employee assistance programs on the employee performance .

1.4 Significant of the study

  • To begin with, the findings of this study will be useful to the hospitals.
  • It will provide inputs for doctors, nurses, and other organizational decision makers and function of human resource management in the health sector.
  • As well as other researchers who wish to conduct further research on the subject in the future. It will also aid students and psychologists in understanding employee attitudes and behaviors, the study will used as a reference.
