“Syempre, one of the things that drives us to work well and to work hard, is
yung salary talaga. Syempre drive yun satin eh to work hard, at saka yung recognition
na especially promotion ganyan. Syempre ayaw mo naman na mastuck sa isang lugar,
sa isang position. You want to achieve something in your life, na tumaas ka kahit sa
level lang. So I think sa BDO naman provided naman kami ng mga ganyang aspect
when it comes to employees.”
