The third master theme “Training/Supervision” shows how the employees in BDO are being trained, the responses showed that the training in BDO is professional and helpful to BDO
employees.
“When it comes to training, we have e-learning and hindi kailangan pumunta sa head
office to train unless another position ikunin like if I am going to be a manager I have to go to
the head office for training, we also have a classroom training with teachers along with my
colleagues.”
