in order to meet the demands of their workers. The participants openly discussed the excellent services that BDO provides,
not only to its customers, but also to its employees.
The employee-participants were asked about their workplace standards and had similar answers like professionalism and comfortability. The answers gathered were used to determine if BDO meets these standards and if it mattered much at all. The manager and employees of Banco De Oro who participated in the study were asked whether working conditions mattered much in their work performance. The participants had similar answers.
Both the manager and the employee gravitated towards the answer that working conditions featuring working environment, employee benefits, salary, and promotion matter and impact their work performance and are said to be their driving force to keep working. The information gathered from the interviews also revealed that the treatment of Banco De Oro on their employees was said to be satisfactory.
During the interviews, the participants revealed employee benefits like Bonuses, health insurance, and day vacation/sick
leave Banco DeOro provides.
The customers of Banco De Oro also participated in the study. They were asked questions to discover whether working conditions benefit only the employees or benefit the bank and customers as well. When asked why Banco De Oro was their bank of choice, the answer was because of the bank's large variety of services. The participant also mentioned the well-trained employees who were efficient in accommodating customers, who were said to have fast service and were approachable.
The research discovered the effects of working conditions

and also showed a detailed view on what employees value most. The study shows significance

of employee care and on how much it actually affects employee performance and customer service. This will help other banks and other companies alike to give more importance to employee care to make their business more ethical and efficient. The study was able to provide more detailed answers on the impact of working circumstances by examining aspects such as
the physical work environment, management, coworker treatment, and employee perks. The discovery of these more detailed answers aims to be of help for the betterment of ethical businesses in the future.
The first limitation is there
were only three participants, some of the responses during the interview were brief and could not be reported in this research study. The second limitation is that the majority of participants' responses are poorly constructed. The third limitation is that the researchers gathered a small number of participants for this study since they are unfamiliar with individuals who worked at BDO, except for the researcher's relatives.
Due to the small number of participants, these limitations impacted the study.
The researchers recommend counting
participants who work at BDO, such as janitors,
security guards, and other employees, in the hope that future researchers on the same topic will recruit more participants and require additional explanations for questions. The researchers believe that by making
the recommended adjustments, the results will be more accurate and easier to code and breakdown. Additionally, the researchers propose that individuals use BDO since it is the only reputable bank that allows the community to accept all major credit and debit card brands, as well as installment transactions and popular mobile wallets.
