Experience with managers. Participant 2 is a manager at BDO but still answers the question and based his/her answer on his/her superior(area head) and commended their area head.
“When it comes to salary. I think competitive yung rate ni BDO, especially the
longer that you stay with the bank, the higher that your salary gets. Siguro naman sa
lahat rin ng company. Ang ibibigay ko sa BDO is 8 kasi sa salary ok sha.”
