The second master theme describes the participants' experience in their workplace. The response gathered focused on employee benefits like retirement pay, insurance, sick, and vacation leaves.

kasi ikaw rin yung lumipat. Pag lumipat ka even if senior officer kana or senior staff
ka na, makikisama ka pa rin sa mga ibang tao. So 6 professional naman sila pero iba’t
iba ang ugali.”

friends. I will rate it as 6, I cannot read the attitudes of your colleagues. You have to
know how to adjust with your colleagues. So 6, because you need to adjust to the
environment of the new branch. If you change even if you area senior officer or senior
staff, you will still be with different people. So 6 because they are professional but have
