After all interviews, the researchers would meet and discuss the data gathered. End with transcription of data.
Data AnalysisAfter the researchers gained the results
from the questionnaires, the researchers will be coding the data. Coding is when the researchers transform the collected data into a more meaningful set of groups (Allen, 2017). The researchers will be creating a table by dividing it into two sections known as the work environment and employee satisfaction, then identify the differences of their experiences of the work environment and employee satisfaction. The researchers will also code the data in three different
ways which are initial coding,
intermediate coding, and advanced coding. In initial coding, the researchers will identify the similarities and differences of the data gathered after the interview.
In intermediate coding, the researchers will group the following data into subgroups. And finally in advanced coding, the researchers will use an existing group to form a central group.
