The study made by Bathena, Z. (2021) focused on the importance of job satisfaction and the challenges associated with reaching it. Mentioned in the study is The Job Confidence
Index Q 2017, where they surveyed and had the response of 650 professionals in India. The study found that the main reasons people in India seek jobs are to acquire new skills (48% of respondents, better work-life balance (39%), and higher income (34%). Thus, the study can change the perception of people on the reasons for high employee turnovers and give light to the causes that are often overshadowed by the common stereotypical reasons.
This study centers around the factors in job environments, such as training,
management, communication, and factors surrounding the employees like motivation, skill,
proactivity, adaptability, and commitment. Moreover, how they affect employee productivity.
For the methodology, the researchers had confrontations with several employees and managers to make adjustments on the questionnaires to avoid the possibility of the respondents misunderstanding the surveys. As a result, the study found an in-depth review of the effects of several work factors on employee performance. To conclude, the study by
(Diamantidis, AD. and Chatzoglou, P. 2019) studied several factors and found their individual effects on employees, increasing the understanding of people on the wide variety of elements affecting employee performance.

This study by Danielsson, CB Bodin, L. (2009) explores different office types like cell, shared, and open offices and their effect on employee satisfaction. The study also includes common factors to employee satisfaction such as office temperature, ventilation,
lighting, noise, and privacy. The researchers surveyed 491 office employees from 26 different companies aged 21 to 64, 68% men and 74% women, who participated in the research out of their own freewill. The results showed the dissatisfaction and complaints of employees of each office type regarding the given factors. For example, the results had the simplified result of cell office type having minor complaints about the practical factors like privacy and noise.
However, they had complaints about their office type not reinforcing interactions between employees. The research aims to find out the psychological and physical connection between the office environment and employee satisfaction, which can help companies use the office types that had the best results or form new office types based on the information gathered.
Synthesis
The researchers have already concluded that the related studies shown are matched to the main topic. Study 1 shows the different factors that employees want, like a fair salary,
respect, trust, and if employees can see their future working in the same company, this study shows that many Indians want to get new jobs so that they can acquire new skills. Study talks about the factors of the working environment and how they affect the traits of employees which is why the researcher of this study made a survey to better understand the traits of employees in the working environment. Study 3 talks about the work environment of the company and how the environment affects the satisfaction of employees, this study also helps employees how to connect their satisfaction with the workplace environment. aims to determine how employee care improves the working performance of employees who work at BDO, and how it aims to learn more about the employee's point of view as well as the working conditions that organizations implement in order to meet the demands of their workers.
