BDO Employees on Work Experience and Performance An Exploration of the Working Conditions and Employee Performance of Banco De Oro
Work Performance
Work performance measures how quick and how well an employee performs each of their designated tasks and projects. Quality, efficiency and quantity are measurements being looked on when observing employee work performance (Perkbox, n.d). Quality is how well and close to perfect our employees finish a certain task, Quantity is how much tasks an employee finishes in a certain period of time, combining these two would result to the efficiency of employees work how well they do certain number of tasks, of course the more efficient employees are the better the outcome and contribution to the company (Perkbox,
n.d). There area lot of realistic ways a company does to measure employee performance,
some examples are firstly the 360 degree feedback which the people around the employee would get to evaluate their performance, this includes their coworkers, partners or leaders. Second is the graphic rating scale which contains the variables such as rating a certain category from 1 to 10

from 1 being the lowest and 10 being the highest. This kind of evaluation helps statistically measure the performance of employees. Lastly is checklisting in where employees would be given self explanatory checklists and they would simply mark a check mark on tasks they have already completed, by doing this it would easily determine which employees struggle in certain tasks (How to Evaluate Employee Performance, n.d.).
