5. The Banking Industry
BDO can set an example for the whole banking industry. This will make the better and more effective working procedure the standard in many banks. This will make the banking industry become a targeted workplace for people looking for employment and will make more customers satisfied.
Scope and Delimitation
This study is conducted to know different working conditions of a BDO
industry. BDO is the selected company because it focuses on exceptional service. Also they strive to work and are willing to assist, in our time right now and they have tons of employees that fit perfectly for this study (Why Choose BDO.n.d.). The researchers want to know how and what benefits would be given to the employees, if they work at
BDO. Since currently is in the middle of a pandemic the researcher’s choices are limited and can only reach out to three interviewees who are all women, one is a thirty- eight year old Filipina
Marketing officer, with 17 years of service, a forty-eight year old chinese female manager who has 7-9 years of experience and last is a thirty- nine year old Filipina who is a loyal customer for four years.
